Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Cherry tomatoes hollowed out and filled with crab folded into curried lemon mayo. Bite-size, briny and pretty on a passed appetizer tray.

Thinly slice tops and bottoms from tomatoes.
Remove pulp from stem end; drain.
In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Use to fill tomatoes.
Cover and chill.
