Crab Stroganoff
Crab Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. milk, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. crab delights and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook noodles as directed on package.
In skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in undiluted soup, milk and wine (increase milk to 1 1/4 cups if not using wine).
Cook until sauce boils.
Reduce heat.
Add crabmeat, peas and sour cream.
Heat through; do not boil.
Toss with noodles and parsley.
