Crab Spread
Crab Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crab meat or 4 small cans, 16 oz. cream cheese, softened, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Thoroughly mix everything but crab and cheese.
Stir in crab meat and 1/2 of the cheese.
Put in greased casserole dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Spread on Ritz crackers to eat.
Yields 25 to 35 appetizer servings.
