Made with 2 lb. crabmeat, 4 or 5 tbsp. flour, 1 c. half and half or 1/2 c. half and half and 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/4 to 1/2 c. both mozzarella and swiss cheese or 1/4 c. each and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix first 5 ingredients.
Place in buttered dish or individual shell dishes (or spray with Pam).
Crush Pepperidge Farm and put on top of mixture.
Add melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
