Crab Shelau
Crab Shelau is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 doz. crabs, cleaned, 9 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 1 lb. margarine, 4 green peppers, chopped and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large pot, saute onions and peppers in margarine until tender.
Add tomato paste and enough water until consistency of spaghetti sauce.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Add cleaned crabs.
Cook slowly until done, stirring occasionally.
Makes 10 to 15 servings.
