Crab Salad
Crab Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped, 1/4 c. onion, firmly chopped and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until cheese melts.
Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/8 cup cold water and add to cheese and tomato soup mixture while it is still warm.
Then add rest of the ingredients.
Chill and serve with party rye or Ritz crackers.
