Crab Ring
Crab Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 2 cans crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh crab and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons water.
Add cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese, let melt slowly over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ring mold.
Chill overnight or until set. Serve with crackers or celery as a dip, or as a main dish.
