Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, well beaten, 2 c. half and half, 1/3 c. minced onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine eggs, half and half, onion, salt and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
Drain crabmeat on paper towels until very dry.
Sprinkle crab, mushrooms and cheese over bottom of pie shell.
Pour in egg mixture and top with chopped parsley.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
