Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frozen pie shell, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, 1/2 c. grated gruyere cheese, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and 1 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bake pie shell at 450° for 4 minutes.
Place crab meat in pie shell.
Combine remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and paprika in bowl; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika over top.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350°.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
