Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain yogurt, 1 can crabmeat or imitation crab or 1 can shrimp, 1 small onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1 pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake pie shell at 425° for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven; spread cheese in bottom of pie shell.
Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over cheese.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Great for breakfast or dinner.
