Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked or crabmeat substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, cheeses and onion.
Spoon into a baked pie shell and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm in center.
I double the ingredients and bake in a 10-inch pie shell.
I like mine very full.
