Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 oz. drained crab, 8 oz. swiss cheese, grated, 1/3 c. sliced green onion, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
Mix until blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and onions.
Pour in a 9-inch pie plate (no crust).
