Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell, cooled, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In blender, combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Process until smooth.
Add crab meat, cheese and onion and blend at low speed just to combine (3 to 4 seconds).
Pour mixture into baked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes until top is puffed up and golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving to firm up the custard.
Serves 4 to 6.
