Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. minced green onions, 6 eggs, 2 c. heavy or whipping cream and 3/4 to 1 c. (2%) milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter.
Add green onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Mix eggs, cream, milk and salt.
Stir in green onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
Divide between 2 pie crusts and bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325° and bake 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
