Crab Quesedilla
Crab Quesedilla is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. imitation "crab", 8 flour tortillas, 4 oz. can diced green chiles, 1 small can sliced black olives and grated jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place 4 flour tortillas on ovenproof plate or cookie sheets.
Divide crab, chiles and olives and sprinkle on tortillas.
Sprinkle generously with cheese.
Cover with remaining 4 tortillas.
Bake in oven approximately 10 minutes.
You want the tortillas soft and warm and cheese melted. Cut in 8 wedges to serve.
