Crab Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, cut into rounds, 2 egg whites, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. crabmeat and 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Toast bread rounds on one side.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in mayo, crab and Cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture on untoasted side of round.
