Crab Muffins
Crab Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lump white crabmeat, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 2 sticks unsalted butter, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and english muffins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large sautΓ© pan, melt butter and add garlic powder, mayonnaise, Old English cheese, Tony Chachere seasoning, cayenne pepper and spring onions.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Add crabmeat and heat thoroughly.
Spread generously on English muffin halves.
Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until firm. Stir in Ziploc storage bags.
