Crab Mousse
Crab Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 pkg. plain gelatin, 3 tbsp. cold water and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat and stir mushroom soup and cream cheese.
Add gelatin and cold water.
Beat well with mixer; add mayonnaise and beat on 1st speed.
Add celery, green onion and crab.
Mix lightly.
Add a couple drops of Tabasco.
Oil mold and let stand 6 hours or more. Serve on crackers as a spread or with raw vegetables as a dip.
