Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with crab or 1 pkg. crab meat, defrosted and squeezed dry, cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), . knox gelatin, diluted in 1/4 c. water, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat soup.
Add gelatin mixture.
Then add cream cheese and, when that is melted, add all other ingredients.
Mix until smooth. Mold and chill.
Makes approximately 4 cups.
Serve with Triscuits.
