Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute), 1 envelope knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Lightly toast baguette slices in the oven.
Lay a wide strip of roasted red bell pepper on each slice and place a square of sliced provolone cheese on the pepper.
Fold the pepper over the cheese and drizzle with Tomato-Basil sauce.
Place under the broiler until cheese is bubbly (but watch them carefully and don't let them burn).
