Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/2 lemon, squeezed, 12 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and lemon juice.
Dissolve over low heat.
Set aside.
Combine softened cream cheese, soup and onion.
Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add gelatin and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon into well-greased 4 cup mold.
Chill 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Unmold on platter, garnished with lettuce.
Serve with crackers.
