Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatin, 3 tbsp. water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab (good quality) and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin and water.
Heat soup (do not boil).
Add the rest of the ingredients except mayonnaise.
Heat and remove from stove; fold in mayonnaise.
Pour into a 1-quart mold.
Chill overnight.
(It's wonderful.)
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
