Crab Melt
Crab Melt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 thomas' english muffins, cut in half, then in quarters, 1 can crab meat, 2 tbsp. mayo, 1/2 lb. soft margarine and 7 oz. jar old english cheddar cheese (kraft), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients except muffins.
Spread on muffins. Broil, close to broiler, keeping an eye on them (about 1 minute) until brown and bubbly.
