Crab Melt
Crab Melt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pkg. french bread, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter and cheese over low heat.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and mix well.
Process in blender until smooth.
In a bowl, fold in crab meat and pimentos and mix well.
Slice bread in half-inch slices and spread with crab mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 20 slices.
