Crab Melt
Crab Melt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sargento natural shredded or fancy shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pkg. bread du jour (french bread), 1/2 c. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter and cheese over low heat; add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt; mix well.
Process in blender until smooth.
In bowl, fold in crab meat and pimientos; mix well.
Slice bread into 1/2-inch slices and spread on crab meat mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Makes 20 slices.
