Crab Meat Quickie
Crab Meat Quickie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 7 oz. drained and flaked crab meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except the last two.
Pat the bottom of pie shell with little dabs of butter before putting in ingredients.
Pour ingredients into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
