Crab Meat Mousse
Crab Meat Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of tomato soup, 2 small pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat tomato soup and cream cheese until cheese is melted. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; add to mixture and cool.
Add to mixture, celery, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and crab meat or tuna and salmon.
Mix all together and pour into mold.
