Crab Meat Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crab meat, 2 c. bread crumbs, 4 tbsp. butter, 6 tbsp. flour and 3/4 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sauce
Cook butter, flour and cream in double boiler; add milk and seasonings when sauce is well blended.
Removed from heat and add well beaten egg yolks.
Add layer of crumbs, 1/2 crab and 1/2 sauce.
Repeat layers in well-buttered casserole.
Top with buttered crumbs and cheese.
Bake 1/2 hour in 350Β° oven.
