Crab Luau
Crab Luau is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, 1/2 c. onion, diced, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix drained crab with onions and water chestnuts (I chop them fine).
Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and mayonnaise together. Combine with crab mixture.
Taste and add pepper and paprika to taste.
Serve with crackers or rye bread
