Crab Lasagna

Crab Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 lasagna noodles, 2 cans campbell's cream of shrimp soup, 3/4 lb. crab meat, 2 c. small curd cottage cheese and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles; drain.

Heat shrimp soup and add crab.

Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, basil (salt and pepper) and onion.

Put a layer of noodles on bottom of baking dish.

Pour cheese mixture (part) over noodles, then some of the heated soup mixture.

Repeat layers.

Top with sliced tomatoes. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 350Β° oven.

Add shredded Cheddar and bake 30 more minutes until browned and bubbly.
