Crab Imperial
Crab Imperial is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter; stir in flour.
Slowly stir in milk, then add next 3 ingredients. Add egg and yolk.
Cook 2 minutes more.
Add sherry and bread crumbs, parsley and crabmeat.
Mix all with 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Place in casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Spread some mayonnaise on top to keep soft.
Use in chafing dish with crackers as an hors d'oeuvre or as a main dish.
