Crab Imperial
Crab Imperial is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, equal parts mayo and cream (start with 1/2 c.), 1 to 2 eggs (depending on size), 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and dry mustard to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put crab in casserole. Combine mayo and cream. Add to crab. Mix well. Crab mixture should be quite moist. Add more mayo and cream if it isn't. Add eggs and Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix.
Can put bread crumbs on top if you want. Bake at 350Β° until thickened (about 15 minutes).
