Crab Enchiladas
Crab Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. imitation crab meat, 6 oz. shredded jack cheese, 1 c. salsa, 1 c. each chopped celery and onion and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, celery, spices and half of the salsa.
Spoon about 1/3 cup down center of tortilla. Roll.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Use all 8 tortillas.
Put remaining salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
