Crab Enchiladas
Crab Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crab meat, 1 tall can pet milk, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or chicken, 1 large onion (can use purple for color) and 1 can green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions in butter.
Add milk, soup and chilies.
Butter casserole and layer sauce with crab and tortillas.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove and top with Swiss cheese, return to oven and melt cheese.
