Crab Dip
Crab Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. crab or imitation crab, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. celery, chopped fine and 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat soup (no water).
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Remove soup from stove.
Add gelatin.
Blend cheese and mayonnaise into soup mixture.
Add rest of ingredients.
Put in mold that is sprayed with nonstick spray.
Good, especially with small crackers.
