Crab Dip

Made with 1 (6 to 8 oz.) alaska snow crab (canned or frozen), 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw crab, if frozen.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Slice crab. Reserve a few pieces for garnish. Blend together the cream cheese with all the remaining ingredients and the reserved crab liquid. Stir in crab. Spoon in dish. Bake at 325Β° about 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with reserved pieces of crab and additional green onions.
Serve with French bread.
