Crab Dip
Crab Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/2 lb. crab meat, 3 tbsp. finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp. milk and 1/2 tsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Blend cream cheese, onions, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper together, then add crab meat.
Spoon mixture into plate or casserole.
Toast almonds separately at 375° until light brown.
Place almonds on top of crab meat mixture and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve on crackers or toast.
