Crab Critter Fritters
Crab Critter Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. crab meat, 1 egg, 1/4 c. beer, 1 c. bisquick and juice from 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Remove bone from crab.
In mixing bowl beat egg, beer and stir in Bisquick. Add remaining ingredients, and gently stir in crab.
In heavy skillet heat 2 or 3 inches oil.
Drop batter into hot oil (about 2 tablespoons for each fritter); fry until golden brown.
On paper towel.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
