Crab Casserole
Crab Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 4 hard-cooked eggs, cubed, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 lb. small shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine 4 cups bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, shrimp, crab, mushrooms, pimento, onion salt and parsley.
Mix lightly; pour into large buttered baking dish.
Mix soup, cream and mayonnaise, blending well.
Pour over fish mixture.
Mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Serves 10.
