Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c minced onion, 2 t green pepper, finely chopped, 1/4 c butter or margarine, melted, 1 lb fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked and 3/4 fine dry breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender and remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix crabmeat, onion and pepper mixture, and next 9 ingredients.
Mix well and shape into patties. Coat with additional breadcrumbs.
