Crab Cake
Crab Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. crab meat, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. parsley, 4 slices bread, cubed and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions and parsley until soft in margarine; drain.
Mix well with rest of ingredients. Form in cakes and dust with flour. Fry in small amount of hot oil.
