Crab Bake
Crab Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lump crab meat, 1 c. light table cream, 1/2 c. red pepper, finely chopped, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt one tablespoon butter in saucepan and cook red pepper until soft.
Add cream, bread crumbs, seasonings, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Gently mix in crab meat. Place in casserole and top with a little paprika.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
