Crab Bacon Roll-Ups
Crab Bacon Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, 12 slices bacon and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In butter; remove the onion and set aside. Add crabmeat seasonings, tossing crab long enough to absorb of the butter.
Cut the bacon in half crosswise and roll about 1 teaspoon of crabmeat in each slice, fastening with a toothpick.
Place the rolls on an ungreased pan; broil until the bacon crisps.
Drain well and serve hot. These be prepared well in advance and broiled when ready to serve.
