Cowboy Dip
Cowboy Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 block velveeta cheese, 1 can diced ro-tel tomatoes, 1/2 bottle picante sauce, milk (enough to melt cheese) and 1/2 sliced bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt cheese with milk.
Keep warm in a heated crock-pot. While melting, brown beef.
When brown, add to cheese in pot.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, bell pepper and picante sauce and stir.
Serve with your favorite chips or use with noodles for a Mexican casserole with flair.
