Cowboy Biscuits
Cowboy Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain off grease.
Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Place biscuits in greased muffin cup, pressing to cover bottom and sides of cups.
Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
