Country Weekend Chowder
Country Weekend Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1 can campbell's chicken broth, 1 3/4 c. water, 2 c. cubed peeled potatoes and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a saucepan, stir soup.
Gradually stir in broth and water. Heat to boiling and add potatoes. Boil 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Makes about 8 1/2 cups or 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
