Country Style Ribs
Country Style Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-4 lbs. country style, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 c. chili sauce and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place spare ribs in dutch oven.
Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer covered for one hour or until ribs are tender.
Drain; place in 9x13 baking dish.
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
In medium skillet, saute onion in margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients, and cook until heated through. pour sauce over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
Serves 5-6.
