Country Spaghetti
Country Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. neese's sausage, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break sausage into small pieces and brown slowly in skillet. Add onion, garlic and celery and saute until soft.
Spoon off any excess drippings.
Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce; add water, wine, salt and pepper.
Simmer 20 minutes or up to an hour to blend flavors well.
Spoon over spaghetti.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Makes four servings.
