Country Ham
Country Ham is an easy dinner. Made with country ham, 5 c. water and 1/2 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soak ham overnight in water.
Cook in pan that seals tight or wrap in heavy-duty foil.
Put 5 cups of water, molasses and ham together and wrap tightly in foil.
Put in cold oven; heat to 500°.
Turn off oven and let set for 3 hours.
Do not open oven. After 3 hours turn oven back on and heat to 500°.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Turn oven off and let set in oven for 12 hours or overnight.
Do not open oven until 12 hours are up.
