Country Ham
Country Ham is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 15 lb. ham, 4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. mustard (dry) and 2 tbsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Flour, cinnamon, mustard, cloves, black pepper and brown sugar.
Add enough water to make stiff dough. Cut roaster fat side up. Spread the dough fat side of ham and seal next to pan.
Bake uncovered in 350Β° oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Ham is if bone moves easily.
Discard crust and remove ham immediately from grease.
